Munkhzul has over ten years of experience working both Mongolia and Australia in human resource management with various industries and a proven track record of successfully helping organizations to grow faster and manage human capital strategically. She holds a Master’s degree in human resource management from University of New South Wales, Australia and a BBA from Mongolian University of Science and Technology.
Before this role, she worked for the Pacific Training Group in Australia, where she was hr advisor and recruitment consultant, and research analyst of redesigning performance management system at Westpac (Australian First bank). Prior moving to the Australia, Munkhzul served as a HR Manager at Energy Resources LLC and HR specialist at MCS group.She is an expert in services such as consulting compensation and benefit package, redesigning performance appraisal system, recruitment and head-hunting, and human resource business partnering.
Prior to joining BP Consulting, Oyunjargal worked as a human resource specialist at Energy Resources LLC, training manager at BookBridge, and a CEO at Oyunlag Ahai LLC. Her specific areas of focus include employment relations, training and development, organizational culture and recruitment.

Tegshjargal brings more than 8 years of experience in system administration, program developing and networking. She started her career as an engineer and promoted to university tutor at Mongolian National University. She is also founder of Happy Family NGO.
